Parent Involvement
The Parent Involvement Group, aka P.I.G. Group, is where parents come
together to receive news about Midtown Primary and raise money for
their loved one’s school. Throughout the years, the PIG’s have bought
have a variety of event fundraisers like flea markets, a student holiday
store, bake sales and throw-a-sponge-at-a-teacher to name a few.

We have meetings on a Thursday once a month at 3:00 pm and last
about 45 minutes. During the meetings we discuss upcoming events,
things that are happening in education and how to make the student’s
academic year successful. A current list of scheduled meetings for the
year can be found here once they are determined.
The P.I.G. Group is a great way for parents to meet other parents at their child’s school and get involved with their fun,
helpful group, please contact the office to get in touch with the P.I.G. Leader.
